I've been feeling light headed. And feeling like I'm passingout when I turn my head .
Two weeks now turn my head to the right and start feeling like I'm going to pass out. Yesterday I did some painting and my whole body cramped up on me even the big neck artillery sacked me out,I had to grab my throat/ neck. I just started taking lysine, drank some beers, hot sun yesterday. My doctor added a 2nd blood pressure med to the one I already take 2 months ago. .

You need to leave a message for your doctor! Light headed can be anything from dehydration (most common in summer) to reaction to medications to very serious conditions leading to heart attack or stroke. Lay off the beers when working and drink water or flavored water.
Does your doctor know about turning your head? You could have clogged arteries. Again, serious.
These are not matters for strangers online.
When you call the doctor, don't just say you need to talk to him. Say 2 short sentences describing the situation.
Why are you taking lysine? Does your doctor know?

Low blood pressure: your blood pressure reading goes down to 90/60 or lower. Some people have low blood pressure all the time. They have no symptoms and their low readings are normal for them. In others, blood pressure drops when they sit up from lying, or when they stand up from sitting or lying. However, the dizziness occurs for a short time, and blood pressure quickly adjusts to the new posture and returns to normal.
Heart problems: Some heart disorders, for example, arrhythmia, can cause the feeling of fainting. An arrhythmia is an abnormal heart rhythm when the heart may suddenly beat too fast (generally greater than 180 beats per minute, but depending on overall heart function), too slowly (usually less than 30 beats per minute), or in an abnormal way that occurs due to sudden decrease in blood supply to the brain causing you to feel faint or light-headed.
This is also reason for headed so call the doctor
