    Inner labia
    I'm not sure what it is inside my inner labia I have those small tiny little pimple like things that are white no discharge or smell.it burns a little when I pee because of them give some advice thank you.:

    Go to your doctor. We can't give you a diagnosis over the internet. The doctor is able to run tests to determine what this is, we can only guess.

    Genital Herpes or just pimples. Go to a doctor to find out for sure.

    If it burns when you pee, then quite proably it is herpes which is a virus similar to a cold sore. Pimples don't burn when you pee.
