    How do the possible result of HIV and HBV differ

    People with HIV usually die from various complicating illnesses such as pneumocystis pneumonia.

    People at risk for HBV may also be at risk for HCV or HIV. The risk groups for all 3 diseases are primarliy the same.

    There is a HBV vaccine while there is not one for HIV.
