    Bump on Penis.
To Describe this, it is a recent addition, the last time I had sex was mid October. The bump appeared about a week ago. The bump is flat, skin colored, with a slightly darker outer portion where it goes into the skin, it is raised slightly, the top is also completely smooth across the top of it. It hasn't grown bigger since I first noticed it, and it is not "open" does not bleed or itch, and doesn't hurt. It doesn't leak fluid at all and moves with the skin. It is singular. I don't think it's an STD. if anyone could suggest what it might be. I really don't wish to go to my doctor because I am in general uncomfortable with people I "know" about such things. I'm thinking it might be a sebaceous cyst but since I have yet to find photographs that look like it. (including any and all STD photographs I've seen) I have no idea what it could be. Two photographs I've seen make it out to be either a sebaceous cyst or molluscum contagium (my spelling is wrong on both). While I do realize that Molluscum contagium can be transmitted sexually, I am more likely to lump it under just generally transferable virus due to that it can appear not sexually too. I am less likely to believe it's Molluscum contagium because it is the only one I've seen even on directly contacted skin to it, or anywhere on my body, and usually I see at least two in photos.
If anyone has any ideas I'd be very grateful.

You should have a suspicious lesion looked at by a dermatologist. You should not feel embarrassed because they are professionals that have seen more than you can imagine. The bump may be a genital wart from the papilloma virus which is contagious.

It could b a cyst, I know people who have had similar symptoms, it could also be a raised hair follicle, due to irratation or just hormonal, and it doesn't matter how old you are you can still have a raised follicle due to hormones.

Hmm, I never thought about HPV. Could my family practictioner be able to diagnose this, or would I be better off finding a dermatologist?

You can go to your family practitioner first if you are more comfortable with him/her. If s/he cannot diagnose properly they will make a referral to the most knowledgeable professional in your area.

I would go to a dermatologist because you would usually just be referred to one any way.
