Have you seen a doctor about this? If so, what did your doctor suggest, or diagnose?

Make sure you aren't drinking too much. There is something called water intoxication. It can be deadly.

That isn't too much water, or rather shouldn't be. Has anything happened in your work environment? How about your daily environment? IE, is there more pollen? Is there a new chemical that is being used? Something different then it was a month or two ago? Any odd bug bites?

The best bet is to see a doctor. All this is watercooler speculation.

It's Lyme Disease season, and Lyme can result in spots. I had it with no spots, and most people I know had no spots, but I do have one friend who was covered in them like chicken pox, not from multiple bites of the tick. The rest fits the symptoms. But that's just one GUESS. A blood test determines the disease and antibiotics are the cure. Trouble is, you have to REST during the recovery, or you can perpetuate it for life. It's a very serious disease.
