Stable and unstable configuration of a double helical gear
Hi:
According to the wikipedia page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gear#Double_helical The unstable and stable configuration would disassemble and correct the axial misalignment respectively. I analyzed the forces on the meshing tooth and that doesn't seem to be the case. View image: gearss Or am I confused? Thanks |

How do you removed the ring gear from the fly wheel and put on new one on the teeth is worn out and the starter will not turn the motor
