    Ruru96,

Welcome to this beautiful site, first!

The sides are not clearly written. Here it shows as -
    1. x cm
    2. (x 1)cm and
    3. (x 3)cm

    So, what does (x 1) and (x 3) mean?

Obviously, the biggest variable demonstrates the hypoteneus length. Kindly clarify and I am ready to answer the sum. Moreover, can you write down, what did you find on attempting it?

    Do you know -

What is the relationship, between sides of a right angled triangle?

    Prependicular~2 + Base~2 = Hypotenues~2

Fill the varialbes given in the sum, and find the value of x. Fill that in the variable given for the hypotenues, and you will get the answer. Did you get any c(l)ue?
