    Answer math word problems for free
    What will it cost to cover a rectangular floor measuring 90 feet by 80 feet with square tiles that measure 3 feet on each side if a box of 10 tiles costs $15 per box?

    First step is figure out how many tiles you need. This may be a bit of a trick question, as it doesn't specify whether there are any rules regarding how the tiles are arranged (especially to make up the 80 foot dimension). The simple approach is to divide the room's area by the area of each tile to find the number of tiles needed. What do you get?
