KISS, don't you think that they have to learn it the long way instead of only 'press, get answer' without thinking?

What I want to know is if everyone keeps solving everything with computers, who's going to be left alive some day that knows how to program it?

Some programmers can't get that right. Note my sig: They multiply mistakes very well.

We have enough trouble here with "Answer this question" and the Non-existent "Reply to this thread" just for the OP.

Once upon a time you could recognize a phone number and even an area code. A zero or 1 in the second digit made it an area code. Phone numbers were always written as (AC) EXC-#### where AC was a 3 digit area code, EXC was a 3 digite exchange and #### was a number.

Now there is 1-800-555-1212 and (800) 555-1212 or 800.555.1212 or 800-555-1212 or even +1 (800) 555-1212 and many other variations.

A program wants your zip code, but won't tell you it won't except zip+4 or Zip+4, a space and 2 digits which is the carrier route.

And one of the most irritating things is many site won't allow spaces when you enter a credit card number. We are typing to a computer. It can easily remove the spaces, right?

AMHD tells us that we will receive no more notifications unless we visit the thread, but we don't and keep receiving notifications. Do computer's lie?
