    Normal Approximation to the binomial
According to a report by the Commerce Department in 2004, 20% of U.S housholds had some type of high- speed Internet connection. Suppose 80 U.S House holds are selected at random. Use the normal approximation to the binomial to find the probability that 18 households have high- speed internet access. Round the probability to at least the 3rd decimal place.

Well what have you been able to do so far? For example if you know the percentage is 20% as it is given to you, then what is the number of homes you are looking for out of the 80 homes you are given?
