Can anyone exspess2,750,389 in scientific natation.

Scientific notation converts the number into a form consisting of a number less than 10 times 10 raised to the appropriate power. For example:

$ 12 = 1.2 \cdot 10^1\\ 120 = 1.2 \cdot 10^2\\ 1200 = 1.2 \cdot 10^3\\ $
etc.

For your problem then, 2,750,389 is between $10^6$ and $10^7$ ,
so you convert it as follows:

$ 2,750,389 = 2.750389 \cdot 10^6 $

Note that in doing this I moved the decimal point 6 places to the left, so that tells me the correct exponent to use is 6.
