    Substitution or Elimination
    y=-2x-3
    4x+3y=3

    someone help me with my homework!!

    1) y=-2x-3
    2) 4x+3y=3

    multiplying 1) by 2 we get:

    3) 2y=-4x-6

    rearranging:

    4) 2y+4x=-6

    If you subtract 4) from 2) you should get an equation containing only y. The rest should be trivial.
