    If this is your homework question, I'd suggest you also read the chapter for your own good and better understanding of the material. Anyway, here are the answers:

    1) True. Law of conservation of mass/matter states that mass/matter cannot be created nor destroyed.

    2) False. The number of protons determine the atomic number.

    3) False. Electrons have the smallest mass and are very tiny compared to neutrons and protons.
