T=0 corresponds to the beginning of 2000 and t is the number of years since 200 what was the projected solacell produced energy output in 2006 (in millions of kilowatt-hours)

From 2000 to 2006, how many years went by?
This number of years is t.
Now, use that value of t into the given equation and solve for S(t).
