rational expresson
find all numbers for which the rational expression is undefined.

-3/11w=0

I do not know how ot start this problem latenttruth Posts: 2, Reputation: 1 New Member #2 Apr 23, 2008, 05:06 AM
-3/11w = 0

multiply both sides of the equation by 11w

=> -3 = 0

However, this is mathematically incorrect since -3 <0.

So no value of w can satisfy this equation.

Therefore, it is undefined for all real x.
