    A first class letter mailed in the United state cost $0.46 for up to 1 ounce, $0.66 for up to 2 ounces, $0.86 for up to 3 ounces, and $1.06 for up to 3.5 ounces. Each additional ounce cost $0.20. A. Write a piece wise function that gives the cost C for a letter the weights W ounces. B. graph the function. C. Estimate how much it would cost to mail a 10 ounce letter.
