    IVF Assignment for Science
Okay, I Don't Know Why my question was taken out so can you please tell me why before you do it again?

I seriously need to know this information because this essay is due tomorrow.

I'm doing an essay on IVF for Science and the statement/focus question I have to write about is:
What are the positive and negative effects of IVF?

I just need help with the positive effects, I have only gotten one point for it, and I need some more.

I have researched every where that I can and I've only gotten one point and the teacher expects more.

So can you please help me?

I'll assume you already have the childless couple answer.

    Here's some I thought of...

Perhaps a couple wants a child but one or both of them have genetic problems or have a disease that they don't want to pass on to a child, they could use someone else's embryo for IVF and hopefully have a healthy child.

If one spouse is terminally ill and the surviving spouse wants to have their child, genetic material could be collected and saved and later used for IVF.

If a partner has just suddenly died, it is possibly to collect genetic material if done quickly, It could then be saved for later to create an embryo for IVF use allowing the survivor to have the child of their lost loved one.

"Left-over" embryos intended for IVF can serve a purpose in medical research.

It could be used by a single woman who does not want a man involved but desperately wants a child, and along those lines, I guess lesbian couples who want children without male involvement.

    Hope that helps!

Another movie which I saw in my teens and would like to revisit was something about 3 people who have esp abilities. The title which crops up is "The Assignment" but I'm not really sure. These 3 people were sent on a mission and they use esp to complete the job. Thanks.
