My so called husband thinks he is entitled
When my husband and I were first married, he allowed his cousins, brother and anyone to disrepect me in my home. He has had affairs, and at one time the woman's children where coming to the house while I was at work, and hanging out all day.

Then he had at least two, possibly three other women, (two I know for sure because I got on the computer one day and he had forgot to log out of his email and that's when I found the pictures of two women naked).

I know he doesn't love me, I see that, how do I get away from a man that does not pay bills, keeps my car all the time and tries to control me?

Now I have children, why should they have to be uprooted from their home because of a selfish idiot that thinks he is entitled to every thing I have? It's my home.

How can I legally get him out?

You really can't take him to court. I had an apartment and I had a roommate I couldn't even kick him out because he wasn't on lease. I had to have my landlord do it, I even called the cops and they couldn't do anything, so I was the one that moved.

Sorry if I wasn't much help

I am sorry to hear you have to deal with this person in your life, we all deserve better. I have a few questions for you in order to get an answer for you. First, what state are you in. Second, are you two still legally married?

Third, you say it is your home. There is a mortgage on the house? Who is on the deed and the mortgage?

You will file for divorce, depending on the legal status of the house the divorce court will decide who gets the house, and who gets custody of the children.

Check in your local area for support groups for abused women. They can help you get a divorce and get back on your feet.

I'm not sure what your first response was referring to, but it doesn't appear to have anything to do with your question. So I would just ignore it.

This advice is irrelevant and inaccurate. The OP can, most certainly, take her husband to court for divorce.

And I don't know what your problems with removing a roommate has to do with the OP's question.
