I belong to an OBC family.I am in love with a boy.He belongs to a punjabi family.we love each other very much and want to get married.I can't think of living without him and he also loves me that much.His family is ready to accept me as their daughter in law.But my parents are not accepting our relationship at all.We both work in the same company and can have great future together.
I can't loose my true love only because of this poor cast system.But I love my parents also and want to marry him without giving pain to my parents.What should I do, please suggest me with an answer that can work for me...

Talk to your parents. I know it's very hard to convince them but not impossible. Tell them you will marry him and ONLY him or remain unmarried for life. Tell them how you feel about him and also that you love and respect them too. You can't imagine your life losing either.
Trying to convince them is the only solution. It took my fren 3 years to convince her parents. Hope u'l convince in 3 days...
Don't go against your parents, don't elope,, I know how Indian parents are,, m an indian,,
When you say OBC(other backward cast/class), which religion? Your in a fix if your a muslim,,
