    Cheating spouse
I believe my wife is cheating but I can't pinpoint it. She spends a lot of time on her cell text messaging. Is there a way I can obtain records of her text messages?

I believe that you can get the record by going to your service provider but if that doesn't work you can always take the phone while she is sleeping(not recommended)

If you believe that your spouse is cheating on you, I guess you first need to confront her about it. If she denies it and she probably will, then next step would be to hire a private investigator to follow her for a few days to see if your thoughts are true or not. You know it could be as simple as one of her friends is having marital problems and she is trying to help her through it?
