    From the VERY little information you have given it sounds like she (whoever 'she' is) will be breaking federal law by having multiple spouses, which can result in legal issues.

    Now, can we have a little more real information, please?

    actually no, she is not getting married, she may be getting a marriage license, she may stand before a pastor or judge. But legally she can not be married to another person if still legally married.

    The second marriage has no legal purpose or value, and will cause them to be in violation of at least one of their states laws.
