    Marketing a restaurant through introduction letter
    I want to market my newly open restaurant throughan introductory letter.
    Kindly advise.

    Write a short, punchy letter, and offer a special introductory price for, say, appetizers or a free dinner if a customer buys one of a equal or higher price, or some such deal. Include a menu.
