    I'd recognize that anywhere.

    It is a Golden Saber round, 9mm, or maybe 40 or 45 cal.

    Those notches turn into razor blades as it spins it's way through flesh and bone.

    Edited to add, could be another brand, same principal, and forget to mention brass jacketed.
