    Toshiba ivpsvmgr
    How do I disable toshiba's ivpsvmgr? It is identified by a red satellite icon on the bottom right section of my laptop, a satellite a135-2326. It creates too much conflict and makes my computer act too sluggish at startup. I already have a windows updating program.
