    Processor conparisons
I presently use a desktop with a Pentium 4 processor and love the speed. I am presently shopping for a laptop and want to compare processors. I have been looking at the Dell Mini which has a Intel Atom processor. Is there a comparison as to speed? I am not concerned about memory just speed and wireless operation.

ANY modern processor is faster than the old P4's.

What sort of use do you have in mind as the Mini notebooks (netbooks) are really designed for online usage. They will struggle with games and various multimedia applications.
