    Player cannot play any disc
    Hi!

    My name is mark from philippines,

    I have a laptop TOSHIBA L100, my dvd/rw writer cannot play any dvd or regular cd.
    What shall I do with this??

    I appreciate if you can help me

    When was last time worked?

    Have you tried multiple discs?

    Have you restarted the laptop?
