Macbook Pro for Full HD Video
Ok, I'm making a horror movie this summer and I recently bought a Canon EOS 60D DSRL camera to film movies with because of the interchangeale lenses. Im planning on buying Macbook Pro Laptop to edit my video with. Now I want this movie to be at least 50 mins-1 hour long with Full HD Video for Youtube. What kind of Macbook Pro should I buy for long hours of HD video? Im not a wiz for Macs and Technology but I try to keep up the pace. Do I need at least 4gb for a 1 hour long Full HD movie? Help!

With video editing and rendering the more memory and processor you have the better. My first choice would be the iMac because you can get more for the buck. If you need a laptop a 15 inch MBP * gigs of ram and a big HD and the 2.2 GHZ processor that will get you more video card RAM the price $2,462.95 with DVI and HDMI adaptors.
Similar iMac is $1,849.00 With 4 times the drive space and a faster processor.
