Laptop saying "disabled account" when locking
Every time my laptop (Toshiba Satellite) locks, it says "your account has been disabled" and something about getting the administrator. I am the administrator of the computer, have my account set up as the administrator with a password. I recently did a restore to factory setting system restore though. Every time I close my laptop or it locks from being idle, I need to restart my computer. How can I change this?

You need to redo the power options to keep computer from being in idle mode so it won't lock up. Click the option always on in the power mode as anything else won't do.

Click START, then control panel, then power options. And click to NEVER on each block of options.

I'm not sure what the account disabled message would keep popping up. Did you do a complete restore from OS discs? I have restored my PC many times and ditto with my Dell laptop. Never gave me that wacky message. Did you reload all your drivers also? I sometimes forget to do that and wonder why I can't get on internet, etc.

Do you have any kind of subscriptions such as Norton, etc.
