    Most computers nowadays come with a recovery partition. This will restore it to its "new" state. I believe the thinkpad's method is pressing F11 while booting and then following the instructions. If it doesn't have a recovery partition, or it has been damaged, you will have to get a hold of Lenovo to see if they will send you the disks. They don't usually cost more that $10-$25.
