    How do I set my computer back to new,how do I wipe it
    How do I wipe my toshiba laptop back to new, I have used disc recovery back up work but noything else happened

    DO you still have the original disks or have you ever wiped the hard drive in the past that may have removed a recovery partition if it had one?
