I am learning english and my level is upper intermediate I have learnt a huge amount of words but while speaking I can not use them
There are some simple words that are stucked in my speaking
Out of english I have nobody to speak with
How can I put new worlds in my speaking and use them

Most people in America just use normal simple words in everyday talking. If you feel you must use a huge amount of words, slow down, and think more slowly about what you are going to say.
