I Ms Shweta K Nagwekar, have applied for 'Motion to Reconsider' for the denial on reinstatement, the reason for denial was
1) I did not apply within 5 months period, I had cleared my bills, and it was school's DSOs mistake as he did not inform me about the 5 months period and he waited for the financial block to get cleared.

2) USCIS demanded for SEVIS receipt, again the DSO misguided me to send the old one without confirming the same.

After the denial decision I have paid th SEVIS fees and explained these facts too, I would like to know what are the chances of getting a positive reply?

Please get back with me, I am deep trouble. Also would you suggest me go back. If yes will there be any issue at the immigration with US or in India?
