    What can I do
    I am employed at cvs and my boss 1 transferred me to work over nights with a raise I have yet to get said raise and have been working overnights for going on 5 months now and 2 I thought overnight workers worked on the same rules as you get one30 min break and two 15s I may be wrong about this but isn't that the law and who do I report him to

    Have you asked about this or did you just let it happen and not say anything to him about it?

    I asked and go the run around answer with him saying now there are new rules to where he can't give me what was promised but I went above him to talk to the dm and was told he was lying about it but I have everything in writing

    So then talk to the DM about it and tell him you were promised a raise and never got it.

    Yes, they have a national human resourse manager, they have district mangers, you talk to them. What did your written transfer papers say?

    It said that I was getting switched to overnights and that I would be promoted to overnight supervisor. Also stated that I would start getting over night rates which never happened

    Well now you need to go to HR and to the DM and show them this paper.
