Do you have a labor contract? Or are you an AT-WILL employee? Do you have thousands of dollars to spend on a Lawyer with no guarantee of winning... do you think that its going to be any different afterwards if you sue? Here's a hint... if you think they hate you now... wait until the lawsuit.

Unless you have a contract... all they legally have to do to get rid of you is say we don't need you any more. And there is nothing you can do about it. That's what AT-WILL means... you are there at their will, and you remain at your will. If either decides you have to go... then its over.

It sucks, I know... but that's how it is working without a contract. I've been with 10 different places since 1979... some of them pretty hostile places to work... my advice is start looking elsewhere... that environment is poisoned and there is nothing you are anyone can do to change it. You can spend a lot fighting a battle you can't win.. and still have to find a new job... or you can save that money and go looking now...

Ever hear the phrase... " you might win the battle but will still lose the war"? That applies in cases such as this. It's a no-win situation.

But if you have a labor contract that is still in effect... then that changes the game. Back to you for further clarification.
