    Employer not paying late submitted expenses
    Can my employer refuse to pay me for business expenses not submitted for payment within 90 days?

    Yes, if there is a stated policy that expenses must be submitted within 90 days.

    Yes, my old company would not pay if over 60 days, you learn to submit them each week,quickly
