    Job training
    I am a Ghanaian and completed my Tertiary education in 2004,had done my national service.I have had a hard time finding job because I am told during interview that I have no job training. I did mechanical eng. Ples help me out

    I'm not sure about how they do things in Ghana but here(USA)when you have difficulty getting a job in your chosen profession you have to be willing to work outside yor training until you get the chance to get your foot in the door.The key is not to give up.While you work at one job you can be looking for another in the area you choose.Stay with it,it will come.I hope this helps good luck! :cool:
