Tracing shutting down time
I am developing a small application which monitors the users and their logon and log of time.though I have partially implemented the system up to tracing the current user.but still I have no idea how to trace the shutting down time.I have implemented my ptroject using java.so I have created a executable jar file add it up in the windows startup so then I can trace the windows starting time.but how can I trace the windows shutting down time? Please help me I am closing to the deadlines of my projects for the year end exams.

Hi there this is not really about software, but its about computer hope someone can help me... My prob is my monitor so many times that it always automatically shutting off or should I say blacking out... just like when you turn off your PC but the mine is I didn't shut off my PC but my monitor...
