    What do you mean by "essay for interview"? Interviewers don't want you to read an essay. What, exactly, are you wanting to do?

    Then you need to write a good summary of your goals, aspirations and experiences.

    Keep it to 2-3 pages at most and make sure to focus on your strengths, goals and experiences.

    Your goal is to be convincing that you are the one (or one of the ones) that deserve the scholarship.
