Int'l student @ Undergrad College.. looking for internship options..
Does anybody have a clue if there is anything called internship for int'l student( under f-1 student visa status) because I can't find one!
All my internship quests have come to a halt when I see that US citizenship is a requirement. If someone knows anything about any.. let me know.. appreciate you taking yr time reading this.
Btw, I am looking for a math//physics/computer engineering based internship. And yeah, the college has no clue about internships for 'us' until I graduate which is too late for me.
Thanks!

I Would Suggest Do In Your Own Country First ,then Try For Other Qualifications Abroad.

Thanks fr yr response.
But such opportunities are rare in my country and that is precisely why I'm in US. At least I'm expecting it and have heard of it. Im looking to see if someone can help me find the right approach.

You can do any internship ( except the government once) as any US student, I would suggest you to go at career service at your school and ask them to help you find an internship as if you are US citizen, because you don't have to be in order to get one

Why don't start with a volunteer internship? I did 2 of them and got a job after getting some experience out of it.. you still have time before you graduate right?
