    When I try to download programs from the web, an error comes up that says 'the reques
    When I try to download programs i.e.. Picasa from the web, an error comes up that says -'the request lookup key was not found in any active activation context'. I can search the web and have email, but beyond that I get this error. I am also not a whiz at computers and this is a new laptop that came with Windows XP loaded. I appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks.
