    Website freeze up
Often when signing on to a website it just freezes up. Can't do anything. It seems that if I restart the PC it corrects the problem. Also, seem to be having more problems accessing websites. I am using Windows 7. Does this seem like a software problem? Or hardware?

Try deleting your cache. Reboot and see if it continues.
