Could someone tell me about Web Cams. Our daughter is in the military and she is so far away. It's been a year since we've seen her. People tell us we should get a web cam and we could talk and see her. My questions is: Requirements, equipment installation, best product and setup. I thank you for any help.

She would have to have a webcam as well, but my question would be, would that allowed in the military where she is ?
