    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    Depends on why its blocked or who is blocking it. If you are trying to get to sites blocked by your school or job, then we will not help with that as you have no right to access those sites through the school or job system.
