Trouble connecting and staying connected/msn & hotmail freezes
I hae a new Compaq computer that came with Vista. It takes me numerous attempts to get conneted to msn homepage and then when I do click on hotmail.. it freezes at some point or loses connection. Once I connect if I go to other websites it is usually OK.
I am tired trying for 20 minutes to open messenger or try to get to hotmail. It is a wireless connection and the service provider says it is my computer. I am not very computer literate. Any help would be welcome. Thanks

I don't have any helpful suggestions. But I suspect it's not your computer. I've experienced the same problem with MSN and Hotmail.
