Can't download documents from my e-mail
When I tried to save a document to my computer windows Internet explorer asked if I want to run or save when I say both it deletes the document and say there is a virus on it . When I click to learn about it, I am directed to the below web page

I am operating windows 7 and just installed Norton internet security on my computer. I called Norton and all I got was people in the Philippines saying that I have to pay for them to help me. Each Norton assistant in the Philippines gave me a different amount ranging from $80. To $99.00. Every time you call Norton for help that is what happens. I regret I bought Norton product.

It sounds like the attachment has a virus in it. Your anti-virus software did ists job by detecting the virus and blocking it.

So what more do you want? Was the e-mail from someone you know and trust? If so, you e-mail them back and tell them the attachment they sent had a virus. If its not someone you know then you shouldn't be trying to download the attachment.
