    When I am making a video call, my webcam won't work.
    When I am making a video call on my screen there is apicture with a webcam in it with and "X" through it, but my webcam works. I have no idea what is wrong.

    I can see the other person & I can hear them & they can hear me

    Not sure but can they see you?

    Maybe they don't have video turned on on their side.
