How do I find a file that I saved from my AOL email?
I sent an email from work to my AOL account at home. This email had a word document attached. At home I opened the email and accessed the word document. I made updates to the word document and hit save. Now when I open my email and then the atttached word document, none of the changes are there? Where did the changes go when I hit save and how can I find my updated document?

What you should have done is save the file first to a folder on your hard drive and then edit it. When you open a file directly from the mail a copy of the file should be saved to your Documents folder and any changes will be made there. If you can't find it, try searching your PC for all DOC files created since the date you opened it. In the future SAVE all attachments and note the folder its saved to.
