    Requested lookup key not found
Why do the message "requested lookup key not found in any active activation context" appear when I try to go to a web address? I also get " The file directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect".

The most common reason is failure to reboot before attempting to use newly installed software. Uninstall the software, reboot, reinstall the software, and reboot before using the software. Also, search this site, there are several posts discussing this error.
