    Do you mean the first page that comes up when you start on the Internet?

    Assume you are using Internet Explorer

    Go to page you want to set as homepage
    -Go to tools on the menu bar
    -go to internet options
    -click Use Current
    Click Apply

    Now you should have new home page set
