    You can right click on your upper toolbar, the one under the 'files, edit, etc'. Press on the 'add/remove buttons' I think and the history button should be there. I don't quite remember how it is in explorer though... it may be customise toolbar on the right click...

    In Firefox, there's a button after 'Files, Edit, View'

    Go to the C:\Documents and Settings\Default User\Cookies you find the all sites you visited but make sure cookies was not deleted
